The atmosphere was simply magical, especially with the snow falling outside. I loved how easily accessible the ski equipment rental and the changing rooms were, making my time on the slopes much more enjoyable. The evening guided walking tour amidst the stars was a surprise highlight of my stay and really added a unique touch to my experience. I felt that having to pay extra for the sauna was a bit disappointing. it was a cozy and inviting environment perfect for families like mine.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a diverse range of delicious options that catered to all tastes.
The hotel lacked proper facilities for drying wet ski gear, which was quite inconvenient after a long day on the slopes.

missingWrote a review on Nov 02luxurious breakfastsquality soapexpensive amenities
Luxurious breakfasts and dinners, providing a solid variety that satisfies the palate. Good quality liquid soap in the bathrooms, indicative of attention to detail in amenities.
They charge extra for the sauna and pool, which feels off for a place of its caliber. In room #432, the upper level was hot and stuffy, making it tricky to find that perfect temperature, and the mattresses offered an uncomfortable spring sensation. no kettle in the room alongside a subpar internet connection added to the inconvenience.

great ambiance but some small improvements needed
The property is impeccably maintained with a cozy and magical feel, especially when it snows. The staff at reception are genuinely friendly, going above and beyond to explain the various perks available. I particularly enjoyed the evening guided walking tour under the stars, which really enhanced our stay. The spa facilities are excellent, providing relaxation and enjoyment for both adults and kids.
While the amenities were fantastic, the organization of some services could be improved for a smoother experience.
